2009 July 24th-25th

The 2009 Paskapoo Downhill Rodeo was by far the most successfull of our three events. For 2009 the Speedboard and Longboard Association of Calgary was partnered with Winsport Canada in organizing this event. It was an amazing weekend filled with action packed racing, freeriding, live music and an atmosphere of pure entertainment.

Our 2007 event was a struggle. The event ran well enough however a major sponsor pulled out 5 weeks before the event. This left our association in debt and struggling to survive.

The event was a large race for 2007 with 136 Downhill racers, and 12 streetlugers.
